Not easy to explain what happiness is – might be a puzzle of balanced tiny little things in a daily routine, but healthy hair is definitely a piece of it. It‘s impossible to imagine a fabulous look without a fine, healthy hair. Also, healthy (happy) hair has a positive effect on mood, productivity, and inner charm. Here‘s a quick reminder of how to make and keep your hair happy.

Take your time to choose the right shampoo, conditioner, mask and heat protection. Sensible experiments, various tests and of course, a consultation with a professional will help to choose wisely.  The not so happy part of a hair treatment – it must be trimmed every four to six weeks in order to avoid dry and split hair ends. Also, brush your hair regularly and correctly, with quality brushes and only when your hair is dry. And of course, less drying and straightening is always a good idea, at least occasionally let your hair rest.

And if any of these tips do not work with your hair – that’s fine. Everyone’s hair is different and unique; it requires attention and deep investigation to understand. But it‘s worth making the effort and enjoy a fabulous and healthy look because happy hair equals happy you and vice versa.
