It is said, that every beautiful thing takes time. To create a piece of art, to learn a new language, to build true love instead of being in love, fulfill a big dream. All this takes a huge bite of a lifetime. But has anyone ever questioned the value of all this?

No, because it’s all worth it.

Obviously, creating a business also adds to a list. Everyone’s path to it is different, but before digging into Agness Beige’s story, a deep breath is a must. Seriously, it’s remarkable and it’s gonna take a while.

“I’m holding a newborn baby and looking through the window to my hometown Kaunas old apartment buildings. Suddenly, my eldest daughter Beatric gently grabs my hand and invites me to the dinner table, where my beloved husband is lighting a candle. This is who I was back then – the creator of the idyllic family. I was happy, I felt enough, and I still had no idea about this leader’s force I had within.”

Lots of moons later, Agness and her family moved to Norway. The big family grew even bigger by having a baby girl and that’s when the big change started. Not only in life, but in the soul as well. Agness actually blossomed and found this exceptional strength to create something big. She established a beauty school in Oslo named Fashion Garage, the success of which was immediate. Yet, her family lived far away from the capital and all this felt like a trap.

“I’ve been working nuts for two years. Frequent flights, sleepless nights, and constant stress were nothing compared to the longing for family. One day I decided to stop. I needed a break, a new start, and time with family. It is the essence of life and nothing is more important than family.”
